Description

Taiwan Jin Xuan Oolong Tea

The Creamy Dream of Tea World

Jin Xuan, famously known as “Milky Oolong,” is a uniquely fragrant oolong tea developed by Taiwan’s Tea Research Station. While its creamy aroma is entirely natural—a result of specific cultivation and processing—it offers a smooth, buttery cup that feels like a gentle embrace. This tea is perfect for those seeking a approachable and comforting oolong experience.

  3. Leaf Amount: 8 grams per 110ml

  4. Number of infusions: It can be brewed 7-8 times, and the true high fragrance will only be released from the fourth infusion.

  5. Tea soup pouring time: Pour out the tea soup after 25 seconds for the 1st to 4th infusions, and after 40 seconds for the 5th to 8th infusions.

If brewing in an ordinary water cup, use 100°C water and steep for 40 seconds to taste. It is best to add water when half of the tea is drunk. This way, the tea flavor is durable and can maintain a long-lasting aroma. Many tea lovers only add water after drinking up a cup, and the tea has no flavor after two cups. With our method, you can infuse it 5 times and there will still be aroma. It is recommended to try it.
