Are There Quite Pickleball Paddles Available?

A while ago, a foreign trade customer asked whether there are quite pickleball paddles. They wanted to buy a batch of such paddles.

If you want to reduce the noise produced when hitting the ball, then it is recommended to use a relatively thick pickleball paddle, such as 16mm or 20mm, with added sound-absorbing and noise-reducing materials. A thicker pickleball paddle will absorb more noise, resulting in smaller feedback noise and achieving the desired noise reduction effect.

The material of the pickleball paddle is also an important factor affecting the noise produced. A paddle made of fiberglass will produce louder feedback sound than a one-piece paddle. The one-piece paddle is created using a hot-pressing molding process, which results in excellent integrity and good sealing. The sound produced by the one-piece paddle will be muffled inside, and it can absorb the sound well. Therefore, even if both paddles are 13mm thick, the one-piece pickleball paddle will produce significantly less noise than the fiberglass pickleball paddle.
